Welcome to the Emerging Artist Club!

As a member of the Emerging Artist Club, you receive exclusive benefits, including 25% off your personal purchases. This discount applies to in-person events only, whether at the studio or at a specific location. It does not apply to private parties or other exclusions.

Important Terms:

Membership and Benefits:

•  Discounts are non-transferable beyond your one allowed guest (referred to as your "Plus One") and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Benefits are strictly for personal use and may not be used for any commercial purpose, including resale of purchased items.

Reservations and Guest Policies:

• Members are allowed to book up to two spots per class: one for themselves and one for their "Plus One."  Your "Plus One" will share your membership benefits, but these benefits do not extend beyond the guest present.

• Each guest, including the "Plus One," must have a valid reservation. Admission will not be granted to a guest without a reservation.

• Sharing or using your booking code to reserve classes for others is not permitted. Doing so will result in forfeiture of your membership without a refund.

Class Capacity and Scheduling:

• Class bookings must be made through the website, you must use your code to get 25% off your purchase. 
  Lost Membership Codes:

• If your code is lost or stolen, please report it immediately to the studio by email or lori@rarebirdart.studio. A replacement code can be created for a fee of $5.

Membership Terms:

• Membership is valid for one year and does not automatically renew. Prior to the end of your term, we will send a reminder regarding renewal options. If you do not renew, your membership will expire.

• Memberships are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and remain the property of the Emerging Artist Club. Memberships may not be used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused.

Rules and Regulations:

• All members must follow the rules and guidelines of the Emerging Artist Club. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any membership, or deny class admission, at our discretion.

• Cannot be used toward previous purchases and cannot be used to renew your membership or to purchase other memberships or giftcards.

• Cannot be used towards private events but only public events.

• Cannot be used towards After School Art, or Vacation Art camps (thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring, Summer)
