Party Cancellation Policy
We totally get that life happens—but because we reserve your event date and prep supplies in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the party date will be charged the full amount of the party. No exceptions.

• If you cancel or postpone due to illness, a new date must be confirmed within 24 hours of the cancellation notice. If a new date is not selected and confirmed within that time, the original party balance remains due in full.

This policy ensures our artists’ time, prep work, and materials are respected—thank you for understanding and supporting my small business!
